Valuestimate was built to solve a simple problem: founders and digital asset owners rarely know what their business is actually worth in the current market.

Our Mission

Our mission is to democratise M&A data. For too long, acquisition multiples have been kept behind closed doors by brokers and private equity firms. We believe every founder should have access to accurate, up-to-date valuation metrics before they ever sit down at the negotiating table.

Our Methodology

We don't use arbitrary rules of thumb. Our calculators are powered by aggregated, anonymised data from public marketplaces, private brokerage reports, and our own network of M&A professionals.

We update our baseline multiples quarterly to reflect macroeconomic shifts, interest rate changes, and sector-specific demand. Currently, our calculators run on Q1 2026 data.

Why is it free?

Valuestimate is completely free to use. We generate revenue through strategic partnerships. If you use our tool and decide you're ready to sell, we may receive a referral fee if you list your business with one of our vetted brokerage partners (like Acquire.com). This comes at zero additional cost to you and allows us to keep the core tool free forever.
